Tag: FNH USA

FNH USA began as a subsidiary of FN Herstal, the mother company that offered a number of different products geared towards the firearms industry. FN Herstal can be found in Herstal, Belgium, where it was inaugurated in 1889 by five key players in the company, namely, Henri Pieper, John Browning, Alexandre Galopin, and Dieudonne Saive. FNH then grew to become today’s largest exporter of military small arms in Europe.

And although the company itself is based in Germany, all of the products of FNH USA come only from the US, which means that all of the distributions coming from FNH USA are strictly made in the US. The products, parts and accessories made by FNH USA are made in Columbia, San Francisco, where the company’s manufacturing facilities may be found. The company headquarters, however, are stationed in McLean, Virginia.

FN Herstal sells a wide variety of firearms that include, but are not exclusive to, the following: handguns, rifles (semiautomatic, bolt-action, and select fire), shotguns, machine guns, and submachine guns. The types of firearms that are being offered in the US by FNH USA include the following: FN Handguns, the FN 303, the M240, M249, MK46, MK48, and the M16.
