Tag: Arsenal Democracy
A relative newcomer in the industry, Arsenal Democracy is a young firearms manufacturing company formed in 2013 and based in Florida. The men behind AD are two former US Special Forces soldiers, David Pavlick and James Pechi. Their background is unique in the firearms industry, where only a handful of companies are veteran-owned. However, they were quite confident that they can apply the lessons they have learned while deployed and put together their operational experience with the most recent and relevant technology to bring about the best possible weapon to the end user. Their experiences while in combat in Afghanistan have led them to create a company whose mission was to create a weapons system that would live up to the expectations of the elite forces when they go into battle.
The star of the Arsenal Democracy’s products is, without a doubt, the Reaper 33 – a 7075 T6 fully customized upper receiver that is hand-fitted to the barrel extension, a 7075 T6 fully customized lower receiver designed to seamlessly fit with the upper, a .223 Wylde chambered, 14.5” Shilen 416R stainless steel barrel with a 1:8 twist, a Templar Tactical Suppressor welded into the barrel, and a customized 13” 5 QD rail from SLR Rifleworks.
